In a hectic global manufacturing market, Metropolitan seeks to provide inspiration in the apparel industry by improving the quality of life for factory workers while making quality garments they can be proud of.

Our factory workers are family. We know each employee personally, and it is these human relationships that drive every decision we make. The result, a positive, productive work environment that supports a collective journey to build a better industry. Our long-term goal is to create a completely worker-owned apparel company. We are well on our way to achieving that vision.
